    Hi All,

    Its good to read healthy discussion on what others think of low risk, growth and value reits.

    Did others read an article on motley fool,

    Most office reits have recovered to pre covid price. Is that because regardless if people come back to work or not, the lease has been signed for xx yrs, therefore tenants still have to paid landlord regardless of staff back or not.

    I thought they would have loss tenants therefore their sp would be lower.

    I like scg and sgp because as Red Dirt Dan pointed out that the NTA is currently higher than its sp, therefore worst case you get your money back
