Yes but do Europe and the EU want to move forward to a green clean energy future and lowering car CO2 emissions to meet their Paris Accord climate targets agreement
there is not enough lithium to supply the complete update 2 electric vehicles and to shift to renewable energies.... lithium is needed in the battery storage units by 2030
lithium mine's anywhere everywhere else is going to be problematic for some body some group some town it's the cold hard facts
if the collateral damage is not too great it needs to be considered
it's like damming up that river to build a hydro plant to supply vital electricity to Industries and homes and progress it's like building that major highway through an old Forest for safe travelling eccetera
