This is interesting. Don't hold tbr but bought a small parcel of rnd a couple of months ago around $1.50. Judgment hasn't been handed down yet as far as I'm aware, I wonder if liability for any adverse judgment against nst would remain with nst or will go to evn? A strange move by nst that seemed to be acquiring everything in sight to now be divesting, a change of management though perhaps a new strategy. Why couldn't tbr/rnd have purchased the 51% (the 51% has changed hands twice now in the last few years and both times we haven't purchased it)?
