They don’t end up in tents for long


When you get towards capacity
you get patient transfers - in Europe- country to country
I suppose in Oz - state to state

then as you go overcapacity- you get triage - they die in the corridors
at that point- you might have some tents


somewhere in there though - what happens is the ambulance pick ups decide to take or not take people from home

if they decide there’s little chance of survival

they leave you at home to die
