@plough it is not difficult to find examples of Data Centers much greater than 700,000 SF with more than 104MW critical design load.
This one in Cardiff is 1,450,000 SF with 270MW critical "IT" load. Martinsburg pales into insignificance.

It is true NG turbine power supply was historically an issue for their bootup time. However technology is ever advancing.
It seems GE have already considered this. These turbines can be cut over fuel sources even during peak load

Given that the NG Turbine are to be used for primary power it this isn't altogether a major issue. Also it has been mentioned several times that this project is aiming for Off the Grid capabilities. I doubt that they are aiming this at mom's and pop server providers.
