Yup, and if they are young/healthy then those health consequences will likely be trivial.
The govt message should recommend that anybody who is old or fat or who has co-morbidities should get the jab and those that are young or healthy are at very low risk.
Give everybody until Dec 1st to get jabbed if they feel they need to then open up.
