The deal is 50-60% of net profit to ACL, so if the figure refers to profit inclusive of ACL's share, that means AU$37-45M to ACL. Big difference to the ABNAmro estimate of AU$27M.
If TDA can come up with the Citi report it would be good to see what assumptions are made.
