Whilst iron ore prices are strong, the Company is very cheap. We expect a 4.5cps FY21 dividend/capital management (unfranked);On our estimates, FEX could pay +18cps partly (or fully) franked dividend in FY22, iron ore price dependent; Iron ore prices & the short mine life are the largest risks (shareholders may only get one price cycle). Exploration success therefore would be a big catalyst;ActionSpeculative Buy. On spot prices, our valuation is $1.61.
