Here Holdtight: 8 July 2020 DTC Presentation on ASX site has Vault info.

I did look briefly at Safety Culture some time back. Can't interpret valuation though without profitabilty data so can't compare.

DTC Net Cash after Government grants in the 4Q update = $2.768m-1.373m = $1.4m.
Capex on software development this year was $5.1m & last year $2.5m so it looks like running $3-4m on average ongoing which will end up being amortised & thus deducting from the $1.4m shows a decent loss & that's neglecting PPE Capex depreciation.
Company had also significant share based payment in FY20 & HY21 which don't show in cash flow reports.
Again, this shows company will still be quite loss making (both cash & statutory) for FY21. And for that, it is currently valued at 97c x 187m = $181m.

I think profit will come eventually but as to when???
All of my bad investments were because I paid too high a price.
All of my good ones were because I didn't.
