Rather than simply issuing additional shares to a new cornerstone investor, I'd prefer HCH arrange a significant block trade with Tarus, who obviously want out, else they'll just keep selling holding our SP down.
Does anyone know how many shares Tarus currently holds and approximate price they bought?
