Sure; IMO Finlayson has one of the strongest track records in the industy. Not just Saracen's growth, but secondary measures such as stockpiles of ore and pre-developed stopes, high employee retention (I'm not ex-SAR or even a miner, BTW), underpromising & overdelivering, etc.. I have nothing against Stuart Tonkin, who I do not know much about. IMO, Beament was too aggressive, and did not do sufficient DD before some acquisitions.
