Kiwisfly9,, good luck if your getting geared up, becoming highly leveraged can be very stressful and rewarding, any debt in your position with Core really should be paid off in Q3,Q4 21 always expect the unexpected...
FYI,, I am not geared up, no debt, don't advise or take out debt with investments in the stock market, did once before was very rewarding, paid back debt very quickly.
