Some are scared and desperate and have to choose an alternative which ist definitve not "state of the art" in terms of efficiency.
Some HAve Secured supply and get it done.
Others are on the way or will follow.

It takes time and management of an Ore-Supplier can do nothing as long as the OEM or a supplier gets its act together. (Risk/Supply)
So think about that before blaiming GL.
It will be worth it.
