Do you think PRE will design the plant for HREE and be a true magnet metals producer? There's also the recycling arm of the business although not sure if these would undergo separation down to individual oxides, hence being a supply of Dy.
The race is on with PEK now to get supply into UK - hopefully we have the jump on them with funding and grants. As youve mentioned them being Oz company would have to place many restrictions on them receiving the benefits as us.
