You reminded me of when I submitted plans to my local council to build my house. I had to wait 3 months to get approval.
In the meantime I didn't clear the block nor did I dig out the foundations and pour the concrete which is what advert is kind of doing before getting pep 11 approval.
Thats why I remain confident that approval will be given, but boy it sure is testing our patients.
