I agree...how hard could this be?
The Judge should be hauled up before a Ethics/Competency panel...he or she is ultimately a public servant paid by you and I.
The magnitude of sloth, ineptitude and "deadwood-ness" in the public sector is truly breathtaking, I'm rounding out my career (all previously private sector/ASX listed companies) in the public service and am equally bemused and horrified by what I see on a daily basis.
It especially grates me the overuse of the word "director" in public sector job titles...OMG...some of the "directors" where I work wouldn't be capable of picking my dog's turds....
