yeah look I've often wondered how much of georgina is built into the current share price. just trying to work out how much this might drop in the event the drills there come up with nada.
I make an assessment based on the current sp appreciation of other tenement holders in the east tennant. and tbh, they're not appreciating that much from what I can see.
so I deduce that the current grv sp is based on predictions for alpha alone. in fairness, people may invest on the basis that the company provides a "free shot" at the east tennant. but honestly I don't really think the east tennant is on that many investors radars right now.
and my prediction for market cap - purely speculative on the basis that the bitumen (not activated carbon), is worth $1b over 10 years.
I'm just being very very conservative. and managing my own expectations.
