Forgot to add Finance Cost, Hedging Cost . Any Bank who finance it (most likely No Bank will finance a Tailing Project) will ask for hedging. Technically taking 10% fat out of gold sales at least. Only way to finance it via Capital Raising means 20% dilution at least.

I could be wrong, I dont see any value funding a project that has short life of 2.5 years. It is total distraction for POS.
