You have no clue how Africa works do you! Where do you think the labour force will come from? Mushimba is likely to run the show or perhaps have significant influance on any mine development. A significant RISK that needs to be addressed! Im sure you would of liked this information before pumping money into the company share purchase plan...extremely bad from management that they did not disclose this! any debt providers would also love to know how this dispute is progressing!

This is dated 15 June, and its highly unlikely that this has been resolved
Please show factual proof that all parties to this disagreement are now happy with a particular outcome that had not been disclosed to the very ppl who invested in the last SPP
BoD changes constitutes an announcement to shareholders...this has not happened?
