So you're saying NY having a CR at .36 before releasing news of a duster wasn't strategic? Massive offloading of shares with SP dropping during the CR window as the pending news must have leaked. Then the shorting. There are going to be long term holders who went in big prior to the CR, riding the bumps , happily mopping up a cheap SP and then those who loaded up on the CR and didn't expect a 40% hit the next month.
