That was said previously as the price was moving through the early forties. But no CR. The price was getting pushed down in the early thirties but no CR. I took part in the 24 cent CR and that was manipulated hard down but it only occurred over the course of a day or two.
My instinct seems to think the price is being kept down for accumulation much as what we saw when it was stuck around 30 cents for 6 months.
I don't want a CR by the way because I have enough shares, but I was disappointed with the 24 cent CR and look how that turned out.
