Story time...

I sold a third of my holding today (100,000 shares @ $1.70)
We have our first child on the way and we are in the early stages of building a home.
I bought my first parcel at approximately 16 cents back in 2015, and have progressively added more along the way.
Through all the ups and downs that would come in the following years I always held strong and was quite sure I'd made a wise choice long term. However 16 months ago when we capitulated I was starting to think to myself "what had I done."
This was supposed to be our ticket to a good house deposit and a kickstart into parenthood. Instead I was watching my hard earned money wither away day by day.

What a difference a year can make! The time is now right to take some profits and enjoy the rewards of that original punt all those years ago.

I owe so much to PLS, however I feel this is only the beginning of a very long and happy journey.
I have a profit target in mind for another third of my holdings, and the final third is now tucked in the bottom drawer, ready to pay dividends for myself and my family in the years to come.

Thanks for the journey to this point all. I could name a bunch of posters here that have provided such valuable research over the years, but I'm sure you already know who they are.
