Personally, I doubt it. If it is, it would be an extraordinary result, especially based on previous CR's. But I think they are close enough to be comfortable that they have the funds to do what is needed.
For disclosure, I have taken my share in the CR and applied for a small additional part of the shortfall.
Again, this is IMO. I have no information either way, just a feeling.
