To be fair it was made clear. As recent as the 5 July update:

“Per previous communication, to expedite the mining right process at the time of the application, the Company constrained the mining right footprint relative to the prospecting right to minimise the impact on interested and affected parties. The areas subject to the prospecting right, but not included in the mining right area, were deemed to be non-core and do not impact the proposed mine plan of the independent scoping study and current DFS. Upon granting of the mining right application the Company will restate the global MRE, allowing for any impact from the constrained tenement area, and is considering options to re-introduce areas that are of long- term interest.”
