My take on your ?s -vote yes or no. my gut is we are smaller players, the majority of the big town investors would approve it -like its a done deal. So for me i don't even bother voting - as always i know this stuff are just formalities. -this is not a takeover but its a merger. for every 1 GXY share you get 0.569 share of ORE, so if you have 1000 GXY then multiply .569 , that will give you 569 ORE shares . After this merger a new name will be created. -so your 20k GXY once merge completes will still be worth 20k but it would be on the newname "MergeCo" (GXY & ORE will no longer exist ) -No impact if you do nothing. The value of your GXY holdings will be the same. -Anything else?, enjoy and relax as this lithium EV is "starting to kick in..." GL
