I dont do property.
But I do remember
(a) the most common business when I went to Five Dock in Sydney last year were various sorts of mortgage agents
(b) some friends of mine who do do property are having problems exiting positions
(c) "When your bellboy starts giving you stock tips, it's time to get out of the market" ... and I think thats exactly what the various property-related TV programs are.
