Geothermal is established conventional technologies in many countries. PTR and others are trying to adapt that to Aus. Not sure that gives them a hell of a lot that is immediately then transferable elsewhere.
I note in particular that what is being looked at in Spain is very much simply recognition of potential opportunities to apply established technologies - perhaps adding a little on the exploration modelling front.
For Australia now, the only two technologies that can make a near immediate impact of emissions at an affordable price are wind and even more so GAS.
The only reason I see Paralana as a potentially viable INVESTMENT is that it is competing with diesel.
