yes you are correct but I am talking about PTR in particular. PTR has not proven itself yet. I beleive that once PTR has proven itself via the trial site (I did not mean the technolgy of hotrocks per se) then the overseas customers will be ready to take on PTR and co-invest with PTR in Spain, etc. Apologies if this was unclear.
