Us mere holders often are left out in the cold when it comes to full details of happenings at Board level. Not sure how or whether it will affect company proceedings but disagreement at those levels may/may not be in the best interests of holders. The implications are somewhat above my pay grade.
I guess all I'm saying is that I would prefer updates on how the company is progressing rather then any Board fallouts, however caused. The share price has taken a bit of a hit in the last few months - some good news would be welcome.
Guessing the quarterly for many companies are due this week - should be a busy week in digesting upcoming news - covid lockdowns notwithstanding. Enjoy ur wkend.
