I know what you are saying, but really in the Aussie stuff the capex is all in the ground.
PTR's approach is that the conversion technology is off the shelf. They have not mentioned considering Kalina (hey it's only got a couple of reference projects after decades). I am sure they will stick with ORC probably with a steam turbine.
Get a decent sustainable flow of enthalpy to the surface and we"ll be running. Gotta get the horse in front of the cart though.
