if you are an at risk person - then, grocery shopping is where your risk is
getting the groceries delivered drops the risk right away
you can safely wipe down each item with kitchen cleaner spray - then, make sure the excess packaging goes into the bin and you can wash your hands and pretty much be very safe
the risk is in being in the supermarkets - you KNOW there's infected people in there breathing
if the poop really hits the fan - you can survive this stuff -- a little community of us here did with no cases among us - and, we do have some at risk people - some with immune systems really battered from prior illnesses
we all survived it and it was all around us - and, that's when we weren't vaccinated
