Thanks to @Crom Valen for the correction,
To prevent confusion, I have requested my post above with incorrect information be removed, and only the correct information posted here.

I think it is important we know what is deeper.
Pogo is an underground mine that has a grade of about 8g per tonne.
I have been trying to find some information on how deep the Pogo mine is, and I haven't been able to find anything definitive yet, but I have found the following:
https://www.nsrltd.com/investor-and-media/asx-announcements/2019/september/pogo-site-visit-presentation(page 23)
Goodpaster is within the wider Pogo prospect, and it appears to go to depths of over 750m
https://www.srk.com/en/publications/structural-geology-collaboration-results-in-new-find-for-sumitomo
"Gold mineralisation at Pogo is hosted within the structurally controlled Liese vein system. Overall, the Liese vein system dips shallowly northwest and is a stacked system of three laminated veins (L1, L2, and L3). SRK and Sumitomo recognised that the lateral extent ofthe Liese vein system is large, with the L1 vein currently known to have a down-dip extent of greater than 1700 metres."
http://dnr.alaska.gov/mlw/mining/largemine/pogo/pdf/pogo2009.pdf(page 34)
"approximately 32,000 feet of road-based drilling (34 holes, 12 sites) in the mine area"So these holes are about 941 feet each = 286m------------------------------------------------
https://miningglobal.com/automation-and-ai/northern-star-resources-acquire-pogo-gold-mine-dollar260-million
"Located southeast of Fairbanks city in the state of Alaska, the Pogo Gold mine is a 4.1Moz underground gold mine with a vast network of more than 90 miles of underground roads windingto depths more than 1,000 feet below the surface."
So I am thinking that the Pogo mine goes to depths of about 300m - 700m below the surface.
