Everybody knew there would be a resource downgrade. What nobody knew was how large it would be. It should have been announced alongside the MR so everyone could make their decisions on a level playing field. Clearly the information was known to a select few individuals which sold down between the MR announcement and the resource downgrade announcement (which was also slyly released on a Friday after hours).
