Gas/oil in Alberta Canada, Sacramento Valley, Philippines. They have just bought 6 discoveries for $1. Their last well was a duster destroying the SP. Moving up again with volume. Their March quarterly showed dwindling cash, a cap raise on the cards maybe. The risk to assets in the Philippines is under-estimated, see EWC for lessons in sovereign risk.
