nickel cash costs

    Does anybody have the cash costs for teh Ramu nickel production? I recall it being relatively low, especially so for a laterite operation, but cannot remember exatly what it is.
    With HIG's entitlement being 2666 tonnes and nickel currently nudging $20,000 per tonne I am surprised as to why there are still sellers of HIG at 14c.
