By nature I'm not a conspiracist, how ever the holy Bible says, "For the love of money is the root of all evil" and I must say there is a compelling elegance in a diabolical plan to 1) create a highly contagious, lethal virus & 2) have the vaccine to treat it. Simplicity in it's self. The problem is to get enough organizations on board to implement it professionally. Normally I would say that is the stumbling block to actually carry it out. However If you watch the Oliver Stone film jFK (on Netflix,) You Realize it's not so far fetched.
