haha unfortunately not the case preempt :), I realised it may have sounded like that after I posted it. I have averaged down on AOI this week as I acquired most of my holding while the SP was a bit stronger a few months ago. I personally think that there will be a better chance to get back into RRS at a later date, so IF I decide to wade back in for the georgia pump, which I believe is still a long way off, way after the placement IMO, it wont be for a while yet,

unless, if RES gets to $1, which is looking likely in the next few months, I will buy back a little bit of RRS straight away
