not true . There are companies that use lightning on credit cards but you can use it without cards and originally could only use it without cards . After all you have to have a bank account to have a credit card and a large percentage of El Salavadorians are blocked out of the banking system but strike is providing bitcoin services using lightning for them from 7 september.
