    Wow, thats all the research I need - time to sell the cat, trade in the Dockers membership, and mortgage the house.

    Hmmm - Choices, by selling the Dockers membership could I get into the CVI top 20? or I could use the funds to buy a used urinal cake from the Subi Oval Public loo. Hard decision.
