There is a provision in our laws that permit a victim of the transmission of a virus by a person(s) who have acted irresponsibly . eg: the transmission of AIDS by a male who failed to use a condom.
Covid genome testing can determine who the virus has been transmitted through back to person Zero.
So potentially there is adequate legally acceptable evidence available whereby a Covid victim can seek legal remedy from an anti-vaxxer super spreader, IMO. The AIDS cases of the late 80s/early 90s have set a precedent, IMO.
While an individual may have the liberty to damage himself/herself. they dont have the liberty to damage others.
