That wouldn't stand the pub test let alone the legal bar test, IMO.
The reason for lockdowns, mask wearing and crowd limiting is to prevent health harm & longer term economic harm to others and those who break the law in this respect simply can't claim that they "took reasonable precautions" to prevent damage to others.
