How does more research make you less aware of what was said before?
If you've been following this company closely, you'll already have seen virtually everything in this announcement, and you won't cause those previous announcements to not have existed by doing more research.
Other than a tiny detail or two, the entire announcement is a rehash of stuff we already know, most of it was in announcements very recently.
