My view is opposite to yours. I prefer to institutions taking up as much as possible of the entitlements through the underwritings because they are definitely better than short term holders here for the sp.
They hold longer than the pip traders and in fact this could be an accidental opportunity for them to start realizing this stock is a gem and very under-valued and start researching about CAP more seriously and invest more in CAP more seriously.
