My thoughts are, overall, it ties up a few loose ends (which good comms would not have allowed to happen). Am I correct in believing the Pulse and Conneqt band are delayed? I thought the band was due later this year, but seems to read like it will be mid next year? Or was that the initial trial production run that was for this year?
I like that the CEO wrote it from first person, I think that is his way of reassuring shareholders that he's "hands on". Same goes for his comment about wearing the device. I don't see it as an ego thing, but more to reassure shareholders he's personally hands on in getting this done. In thinking about it, going forward I'd like to see the professional clean-cut version and he can expand on his piece at the end.
I actually think the current plan is better than what they were initially trying to do. Sounds like lots of PR opportunities coming up, and CES. Just have to hope that they have a Plan B if covid affects their current marketing campaign.
Promising stuff, and great that the underlying company with annual sales up 32%. Besides the obvious of money in the bank, this also continues to strengthen the company's image which can lead to more opportunities, research links, etc.
