Yatchy if they had drilling problems they would not be talking about the casing problem .
Drilling has been delayed for several days , says to me they have stopped drilling while they try to fix a problem to do with the 13 3/8 casing .
For whatever reason they have not told us what that issue is .

I doubt that there is any regulation that they says they have to set casing at the top of the reservoir .
The regulations revolve around having a safe well design .
The well plan would have been agreed to by experienced people in both the JV companies and approved by the regulator .
There are procedures that need to be carried out as the well progresses to test the well design parameters .It could be some kind of mechanical problem .
The BOP's and the casing they are attached to have to have pressure integrity to cope with any anticipated pressure control conditions .

They don't understand that their share holders need to have these things spelt out to us in non ambiguous language .
BRU , think of us as children please ?
Otherwise we fret !
