Simply as explained as well earlier that they need to the MR first as they wouldn't know what exactly has been permitted. So once the MR dropped, they need a competent person sign it off before release. MR supersedes the PR thus need to reapply the PR and as what Jac has indicated can be added to the MR through a simpler process compared to a full blown application.Anywho as explained as well, it doesn't impact qala shallows where on its own we could potentially have as we sit right now as much as 2.25million oz reserve.
