    Hotrock,

    another structurely sound opinionated post.

Its good to have an insiders (a poster who knows about the current business environment) perspective on the swing of things.

I understand how impairment of assets will probably weaken the balance sheet which will most likely be indicated in the next set of financial reports, but i believe that is already factored into the share price. Sure credit might be tight and it may be difficult to restructure/ reinvent the business model without undertaking large capital losses, but sometimes you have to lose money to make money.

Your mentioned a double financial crisis. As we all know REITS have been travelling well below the XAO for a long time now, and have easily been hammered more than any other investment opportunity on the market - all with in reason. But when you think about it, not all these REITS will become insolvent. The way i like to think, is that they have been drastically oversold so if you pick up a few of these companies, especially the ones that have performed better in the past.. you are diversifying your portfolio to a point that if one of them becomes liquidated, you still have a couple more that could in 2-3 years recoup your lossses for the previoiusly perished business.

In MY opinion, whether it gets worse from here on in, we have a share on the market that is trading below its averaged dividend yeild over the past couple of years. In 2 years, like you said, if we can have industrial and residential properties back to its strength again and paying a dividend of 11 cents as it did in previous years.. then anything under 11 cents seems a bargain doesnt it. But if it gets worse then, if your are brave and it is common that fortune favours the brave, keep buying more until you are sitting on a confortable amount that you believe is adequate enough.

I enjoy holding shares that ahve the potential to have me freeloading in the future.

thanks for your perspective on things again.. as my holding and motive for holding is comparing risk v return over the future.

all of you reading this you can see im bullish about this share, and it is only my opinion.
