It is not fear generator, it is a fact. How much cash does AAR have on hand, less than or being around 3 mills. Its cash burn rate is about 1/4 a mill per quarter. Currently it has nothing, the only advance KP project is not viable. Other projects are still in an early exploration state. From infantry project to Feasibility Study take a long time and need a lot of cash, take KP project as an example. How on earth can it raise cash with a depressed sp and dead quiet management team like that (how many announcements do you get a year from this company ?). Even they want to continue with the advanced KP project, they also need cash. Thing must run on something atleast some water and bread, and waterand bread are not free. One day that 3 mill will dry up and without cash, the only option is voluntary administration or delisted. That is my 2 cent analysis. You can pray, you can hope, you can dream and drawing pretty picture about the company prospect, but fact is fact.

The current sp is 2.6 c now, Assume that AAR raises capital, and the offer is at 1c a peice upto $15000, do you dare to take up the offer ? who 're you going to sell it back to ? Look at the depressed buyer side.
