Yuk - looks like the ASX is just a vehicle for this guy to raise capital (other ppls money) to then use as an exit strategy for selling down another businesses he owns.
I was in this in 2019 and made some coin but got out as there was way too much capital expenditure for the revenue - no margin. They started a move to SAAS/Cloud rev which seemed promising but not anymore after this. I check in every now and then out of curiosity but this is a terrible related party move IMO. Management looking after themselves.
