I totally agree with you Stefan. I been following ZIP and APT for quite sometime and also studied all their previous annual reports from the past years. Interestingly i found APT had a much better and consistent performance on Arrears and credit loss in all the past years. However, Zip seems to be unable to improve their credit performance even after so many years with huge budget spent on credit and data teams. This is something i really don't understand.
